It takes a lot of work to get a body like Selena's!
It’s no secret that Selena Gomez has fought a grueling battle against social media trolls in the past. Instead of crumbling under the pressure though, Selena bounced back, teamed up with trainer Amy Rosoff Davis and is officially in the best shape of her life. “Amy is incredible and we have a really fun friendship,” the star shared with Vogue US. The pair buckled down a month and a half ago, and train every day.In a recent interview with Vogue, Selena revealed her rules for building stamina and getting body-ready for her Revival tour. It takes work to squeeze into those bodysuits! Here are her top tips.
1.Drink Up
“I always have water, tons of water. It’s even in my bathroom because I used to be so bad at drinking water and I want to stay hydrated” Selena shared. The star also credits her juicer - she mixes carrots, ginger, celery, and beet.2. Take Big Breaths
“I have the hardest time breathing, weirdly enough. Even when I have conversations, I need to work on my breathing, so it’s something I enjoy because it’s peaceful and it helps me relax.”3. Being a Jack of all trades
“Once we started rehearsing, I was doing Pilates, SoulCycle, every form of yoga. Basically, I wanted to mix things up because I get bored easily. I just try to keep it fresh,” says Selena.Well this fitness plan is definitely working. We may take a page out of her book!
